At La Casa della Bomboniera we pride ourselves on having the most competitive prices online for all of our favors. We believe that shipping prices should be equally competitive. Please carefully read the shipping information below so you have a clear understanding of our shipping policies and delivery times. If you need your order expedited we will be happy to work with you in order to get it to you as quickly as possible.

Our shipping costs are as follows (based on order amount) for the United States. Unfortunately, orders shipping to the west coast or those orders resulting in multiple packages, will result in slightly higher shipping charges than those shown below. If this is the case, we will let you know before the order is shipped.

Shipping Time:

All credit card orders are processed, packed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days. Delivery time after that depends on your location and can take an additional 1 to 5 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless other arrangements are made.

If you need your order expedited, please call us for pricing on rush deliveries. We can be reached between the hours of 10:00am to 6:00pm Eastern time at (718) 667-0888. We are closed on Sunday.

If your special event is coming up soon and you need your favors immediately, give us a call and we will work with you to get them out as quickly as possible.

Out of Stock Items:

If an item is out of stock or has been discontinued, you will be notified via email or phone. If you cannot wait until the item is back in stock or cannot find an item on the site to replace it, you will receive a full refund for that item.

Returns/Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a refund. A 20% restocking fee applies to all orders. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized and received, we will refund your payment less shipping charges, restocking fees and gift wrapping fees. Personalized, customized, engraved products and special orders are not returnable.

All Returns and Exchanges must be in their original packaging and be in perfect condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. We strongly suggest that you insure your return package to guarantee that we receive it and without damage.

Damage/Shortage Claims:

Report all Damage/Shortage Claims within 7 days of delivery acceptance. Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a resolution on packages that aren't opened and inspected immediately upon receipt.

Cancellations:

You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped. All canceled orders will be subject to a 5% cancellation charge due to transaction fees incurred after your order credit card is processed. For all personalized items or special orders, once the order has been processed, we do not allow changes or cancellations to be made. We cannot guarantee a cancellation of an order that is already in progress or has entered the shipping phase. We will make every attempt to intercept and cancel your order whenever possible, however, in some instances an order may ship to you and a restocking fee may apply.

Special Orders:

Special Orders can not be returned to the manufacturer or supplier and therefore we can not accept returns on these, nor can we offer any refunds.
